Refund policy

30-day returns and exchanges

We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days of the date your order was placed. This is our voluntary return policy; it does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights described below.

To request a return or exchange, email artlycanvaslab@gmail.com with your order number and the item concerned. We will provide return instructions. Please package the artwork securely for its return journey.

Return shipping and customs costs

For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, the buyer pays the return shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes or clearance charges associated with the return shipment to Türkiye, to the extent permitted by applicable law. These costs vary with the carrier and destination; please check them before arranging the return.

Please return the artwork in its original condition. Where permitted by law, a reduction in the refund may apply for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the artwork. This does not affect rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.

Damaged or incorrect artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged or we send the wrong item, we will send a replacement free of charge, including replacement shipping and the applicable import charges. Contact us with your order number and details of the problem. Photos of the artwork and packaging, if available, help us resolve the issue and follow up with the carrier. Your statutory rights to other remedies, including a refund where applicable, remain unaffected.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund outcome. Refunds due are issued to the original payment method within the time required by applicable law. The time for a refund to appear in your account after it is issued depends on your bank or payment provider.

Order changes and cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check the order's production and shipping status and confirm the available options. This process does not limit your statutory cancellation rights.

United Kingdom consumer rights

For purchases covered by the UK statutory cancellation right, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and then have a further 14 days to return them. A refund is due within the applicable statutory deadline, including within 14 days of our receiving the returned goods, or earlier where the law requires. Any standard outbound delivery charge paid is refundable as required by law.

The 30-day period measured from the order date does not shorten these rights. Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts mandatory rights relating to cancellation, faulty goods, goods that are not as described, or other rights under applicable consumer law.
