Preparation and dispatch

Our canvases are made to order and ship from Türkiye. Orders are usually prepared and handed over for shipping within 1–2 days.

Free express shipping to the United States and United Kingdom

We offer free express shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value. Express delivery is usually estimated at 3–6 days after the order has been handed over for shipping. Preparation time is additional to the delivery estimate.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Transit time depends on the destination and can be affected by carrier operations, customs processing and holidays.

Carriers and tracking

International shipping is arranged through ShipEntegra, using services such as FedEx or UPS. Tracking information is provided when available so you can follow your shipment.

Customs duties

Orders to the United States and United Kingdom are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We arrange and pay the customs duties and import charges for the outbound shipment. If a carrier requests an unexpected import payment, contact us with your order number and the payment request so we can review it.

Please provide a complete address, including a house or apartment number where applicable, the correct postcode, and a contact phone number. If you need to correct an address or ask about a delivery, email artlycanvaslab@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
